30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse
- Items returned without prior authorization
